Beech is celebrated in fine woodworking for its dense, uniform grain and structural strength. To adapt to tropical climates with variable humidity, our beech wood undergoes advanced German steam-drying. This process precisely controls internal moisture levels, preventing common issues like warping or surface cracking over years of use.

Solid Wood Multilayer Board

We use solid wood multilayer board when we need smooth curves, strong load capacity, and clean edge details without the risk of warping. While solid wood works great for straight beams, big solid wood panels distort easily when crafted into wide surfaces or tight, rounded curves.

Because we expose the clean, layered edge as an intentional design detail, we select high quality core boards without dark knots or internal gaps. To finish these surfaces, we apply premium white oak straight-grain veneer, delivering a natural, elevated finish with long-term stability.

F4-Star Grade Particle Board

F4-star grade particle board offers exceptional dimensional stability needed for modular storage cabinets and large bed panels. Huge, flat cabinet surfaces need to stay square without shifting or distorting over time. This makes high-density particle board (PB) paired with slim E0 MDF backings the most reliable setup.

Water-Based Finishes and Surface Protection

A furniture finish needs to protect both the wood underneath from real-world messes while keeping indoor air clean. We match each application directly to the wear and tear a piece will endure:

  • Protective Laminates & Natural Wood Veneers: Used across table tops, beds, and cabinet frames. High-performance laminates (such as Formica®) and durable veneers create non-porous, scratch-resistant surfaces that resist crayon marks, moisture, and daily spills. They wipe clean effortlessly without wearing down.
  • Eco-Friendly Water-Based Paint: Applied to pieces like our solid bed frames. Because sleeping areas prioritize indoor air purity, water-based paint uses water as its solvent, keeping volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions exceptionally low where your child sleeps.

Every material has a job it does best. We do not force solid wood into a piece where an engineered board performs better, nor do we compromise on solid timber where structural support is required.
